• Intellectual Property: All artworks, fonts, descriptions, and website content remain the intellectual property of Lesley D. Nurse. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization.

• Inquiry Process: Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee access to artworks or availability for acquisition. Each request is reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.

• Discretion & Confidentiality: As a private portfolio, all discussions or negotiations regarding acquisitions, collaborations, or commissions are confidential.
